Privacy Policy

Information submitted with a business approval request may include the commercial registration owner's name, mobile number, commercial registration number, municipal license number, the owner's identity number, approximate monthly quantity, notes, and copies of the commercial registration and municipal license that you upload.

We use this information to review supply requests, contact the business, complete required steps and follow up on the application. We do not use it for an unexpected new purpose without an appropriate basis.

Application references, mobile numbers, commercial registration numbers and email addresses are not placed in page URLs or analytics data. The request-status page returns only a limited public status after verification.

The website uses Google Analytics for general usage measurement and performance improvement with settings that do not use analytics storage on the visitor's device. General technical signals may include browser type, device type and page used.

Commercial registration and municipal license documents are stored in private, non-public storage. Uploaded documents and the registration owner's identity number are not included in operational email notifications. WhatsApp communications are also subject to WhatsApp policies.

We do not sell visitor information or business application data received through the website.

Information is retained as needed to follow up on the request and business relationship, or as required by applicable obligations. Inactive requests are subject to periodic review rather than indefinite retention.

Backups, technical logs and integrations are treated as part of the data lifecycle. We aim not to record full contact identifiers in diagnostic logs.
